 GACRAO is excited to offer professional development opportunities under the umbrella of Grow with GACRAO! Grow with GACRAO is a centralized area where member institutions can access and learn more about targeted professional development opportunities for their staff.  

G-REP (GACRAO's Rising Enrollment Professionals)
The G-REP program is an introductory professional development experience designed for new professionals (1–3 years) in admissions, registrar, and enrollment services. This year-long cohort-based program provides mentorship, bi-monthly virtual meetings, and networking opportunities. Participants engage in advanced track sessions, receive recognition at the Annual Conference, and build meaningful connections that prepare them for long-term success in enrollment management.

GISEM (GACRAO Institute for Strategic Enrollment Management)
GISEM is a comprehensive professional development program for mid-level to senior-level enrollment leaders. With a curriculum focused on leadership, data, policy, and strategic planning, GISEM equips participants with the tools necessary to lead effectively in higher education. Through mentorship, advanced sessions, and applied learning, participants develop a deeper understanding of strategic enrollment management and position themselves for future leadership opportunities.
