Welcome to the Georgia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (GACRAO)!

GACRAO is a professional association dedicated to the growth and development of admissions and records personnel in the state of Georgia.

Membership in GACRAO gives you the opportunity to increase your knowledge within admissions, records, and enrollment management. The association provides members with an opportunity to network with other professional across the state and increase you expertise within the profession through these networking opportunities.

 
Join us for GACRAO's 71st Annual Conference in November 2025 at August Marriott Conference Center! November 2-4.

Tips for Navigating our New Website

  • Note that each header on the drop down menu is it's own landing page.  There is great information on them!!!
  • Our new website will be a one stop shop for membership updates, conference information, conference registration, payment of dues, award nominations, etc.  
  • Under the Membership Directory, you will see the "Key Contact" for each institution.  This person is able to manage their university profile as well as who is a member of each institution.  If you are from a member institution, but you are not getting GACRAO emails/information, let that person know.  
  • The site will be updated much more than the old GACRAO website.  If there is information we need on here, please let us know.
  • Each member has their own profile.  Please use this function and stay connected.
